If your are experiencing a high ping issue or random ping spikes, please answer the following questions so we can better help you.

1. Under normal conditions, how many computers connect to your Internet connection?

2. Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

3. Do you run any file sharing services in the background like Limewire or Bit-Torrent?

4. How long has this problem been going on? (Estimate the number of days as close as possible)

5. Have you made any changes to your PC that might have brought this on?

6. Are any other functions or games on your PC suffering from this problem? If so what and how?

7. Do you run virus protection and if so, which one?

8. How long do the spikes typicially last when they occur time and how often so they happen? Are they occurring on a regular basis so you know when to expect them?

9. Are there any other PCs in the home that are affected by this that you are aware of?

10. Physical location

If you don't know the answers to any of the above, then just say "I don't know" rather than guessing. Not knowing means we can figure it our, guessing and being wrong will make our job harder.

Knowing the above will further assist us in resolving this with you.
