So, I've noticed GG has been incredibly stacked lately.  A decent team can dominate a bad team really easily because of a very small spawn protection.  I would like to suggest we bump it up to more than a second.

Also can we get rid of lolcatz?  That map (besides being annoying as hell) is incredibly easy to become raped in the bum with no lube.

I have removed the lolcats map. And the spawn protection time is already set 2 seconds. The server is set to end spawn protection if you fire while protected. That's only fair.
